Gathering knowledge about simple living

simple living lake 2Welcome to Simplicity Archive!

My name is Laurie and currently I am a graduate student in the Environmental Psychology Program at the City University of New York.

I have been working on a research project to collect  stories from people who engage in “simple living” to better understand their lifestyles and the important choices that they make. If you are a self-identified simplifier and are currently committed to buying/spending less, I would love to talk to you!

Simplicity Archive was created as a space to gather information about current trends to live more simply. I am using this site  as a sort of public, shared archive  to keep track of and share any information I find related to simple living. If you have something you would like to add you can find me on Twitter @SimplcityArch or reach me via email.

You can also check out the Simplicity Archive blog  or my Psychology Today blog, Life: Simplified.
